By accessing and using Harleysbd.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Harleysbd.com provides an online food ordering and delivery platform. We facilitate orders between customers and our kitchen(s) and coordinate delivery through our rider network.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account


• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials


• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account


• One account per person; duplicate accounts may be suspended

4. Orders and Payment

• All prices are displayed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and include applicable taxes


• We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and online payment methods


• Orders are confirmed upon successful payment or COD acknowledgement


• Menu items are subject to availability and prices may change without notice


• Delivery fees may apply based on your location and order value

5. Delivery

• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or order volume


• You must provide a correct delivery address and be available to receive your order


• Failed delivery attempts due to customer unavailability may result in order cancellation

6. Cancellation and Refunds

• Orders can be cancelled before preparation begins


• Once preparation has started, cancellation is at our discretion


• Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 3-5 working days


• Complaints about food quality must be reported within 30 minutes of delivery

7. Loyalty Program

• Points are earned on completed orders and can be redeemed for discounts


• Points have no cash value and are non-transferable


• We reserve the right to modify loyalty program terms at any time

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose


• Abuse promotional codes or exploit system vulnerabilities


• Harass delivery riders or staff


• Submit fraudulent orders or payment information

9. Limitation of Liability

Harleysbd.com is not liable for issues arising from delays, undisclosed food allergies, or incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
